Regional Manager

Regional Managers are the go-to, local leadership who guide advisors with their transition and integration with agents, as well as aid them in client relationship development.

Transition Specialists

Starting as early as a month before you transition to Farm Bureau and for as long as 90 days after your transition, our Transition Specialists provide support to ensure your move to Farm Bureau is seamless, and you have the training you need to get started on the right foot. Your Transition Specialists prepare an individualized training plan based on your business needs; walk your through your health benefits, 401(k) and payroll; and acts as a resource for transferring clients, creating documents and mastering operating procedures.

Training Team

The training team ensures you and your staff get the customized training you need as you transition and learn our systems. This team provides online learning resources and a variety of web-based and in-person training sessions to help you get familiar faster with our processes and platform.

Wealth Management Operations Team

The operations team, also known as the middle office, provides ongoing support by taking care of the day-to-day operations of account opening, trading and compliance. They’re also available to answer quick questions and walk you through processes.

Internal Wholesaler Team

Consider the internal wholesaler team your one-stop-shop for portfolio and product assistance.

This team provides training and ongoing support on available products, advisory platforms and systems. They also assist advisors in developing portfolios, reviewing current portfolios and coordinating the research and analysis of mutual funds and money managers offered through the external custodian platform.

Marketing and Advertising Support

In-house marketing teams provide a wide array of support, including a customizable advisor website, turnkey marketing programs and materials, and advertising and marketing collateral all you need to connect with your prospects.
